Due to the generous support of our donors and partners, we are able to provide affordable drug and alcohol addiction rehab to the people who need it most.
Typically, accessing even short-term treatment is impossible for many people due to the high costs associated with getting the help they need. Our highly subsidized program makes it possible for everyone to have a second chance.
Since 1998, the John Volken Academy has changed thousands of lives. Our students have access to treatment, healthy meals, safe housing, job/skills training, and education for the duration of their stay.
Our students go from being homeless, hungry, and desperate, to thriving individuals and productive members of society. Many of them go on to get married, have children, buy houses, and start businesses. They also continue to serve others and give back to their communities.
